My Brute Manager v0.5 is Here!

Tada! My Brute Manager v0.5 has been released in all its glory. To the left is a screenshot showing off all the bells and whistles.
Here's the major additions that made the cut:
  • Give your brutes Aliases for grouping, organizing, sorting, or what have you.
  • Auto-Enroll your brutes in the daily tournaments
  • All the juicy stats of your brutes are now collected in addition to the level. Including progress towards level-up, Victories, number of pupils, and Tournament Rankings.
  • The config page now shows off all this newly collected information for a total brute summary and comparison.
  • Brute sorting works a lot better now, and includes being able to sort on the above new information.
  • A manageable enemy list, with the option to have the Quick Fight button give your enemies priority when looking for an opponent.
Of course there's more, but that's the big stuff. Unfortunately, the Pupil-Collector didn't make the cut. The Pupil-Collecting code was just slowing MBM down too much. So rather than hold up 0.5, i pulled pupil collecting out. I'm still working on it, so I'm sure I'll get it in the future. But for now go have some fun with the rest of 0.5's new toys.

Coming Soon: My Brute Manager v0.5

My Brute Manager v0.5 is coming soon. I've already added the extra-functionality, but the new features are really slowing down the tool, so I want to clean it up and get it running as fast as before.

Just to whet your whistle until then, the new features are:
Collecting your brutes' experience percentages, Tournament Rankings, and Battle Victories.
An as-you-go pupil collector, so old pupils can be remembered instead of forgotten with time.

And with these comes an improved configuration page, that will double as a brute summary page, showing all aspects of your brutes, while combining the functionality of the Experience Lookup tool so you can see how close all your brutes are to leveling-up!

Urban Rival Battle Calculator & Ability Finder

Urban Rivals has a couple new tools available! The Urban Rivals Battle Calculator adds some attack calculating tools alongside the gaming area to help with those in-game calculations.
And the Ability Finder lets you find cards with certain abilities or certain combination of abilities and bonuses. For fun try searching the same ability twice to see characters with doubly assured abilities, or a opponent-disabling combo of Stop Opp Ability + Stop Opp Bonus!
The ability finder is really an extension of the Card Database, but until I roll it up into it (when I add even more functionality to the database) it'll sit out there as an independent tool.

One Month Anniversary

GamerToolz.com has now been online for one month!

Sporting an enormous collection of four tools, that's about a tool a week. I bet I can do better than that this next month, lots of ground work has already been done on some future tools.

My Brute Manager is by-far the most popular tool. With lots of feedback and ideas, it's grown from a simple little idea to a feature-rich tool. And the number of downloads is right around 1500 already.

Now the site has two games under its belt (just barely) and there's still more to come for My Brute too.

All-in-all, it has been a great first month. Thanks to everyone for your support, comments, feedback, and ideas. Here's to another fun-filled productive month!

Urban Rivals makes a deput

A new tool is now available -- for a new game! The Urban Rivals Card Database. Sure, there are other card lists out there, but it's a necessary first step for the further Urban Rival tools.

Now two games have tools! (I told you I was working on more than just My Brute)

The Card Database is also the site's first auto-updating tool. It automatically updates the market value of the cards in clintz. On each character's page is a stock-like graph showing the market trend of the card's value. This will only get more accurate as time goes on.
